SCP-3199 denotes a species of highly dangerous humanoid anomalies that possess chicken, chimpanzee, and human DNA. They are predators that kill and consume any humans or animals they encounter, and can reproduce at alarming rates by laying eggs from their mouths. A single instance of SCP-3199 can spawn enough offspring to overwhelm containment efforts and trigger an LK-Class species transmutation scenario. SCP-3199 enters an inert state when submerged in liquid, allowing them to be contained, but complete eradication is near impossible. They are kept in secure facilities by the SCP Foundation and all personnel must exercise extreme caution during interactions due to the catastrophic threat posed by SCP-3199.
