SCP-1499 The Gas Mask

SCP-1499 is an anomalous Soviet GP-5 gas mask that transports the wearer to a barren alternate dimension landscape inhabited by hostile humanoid entities designated SCP-1499-1. When worn, the user vanishes from the normal world and is undetectable. Removing the gas mask returns the user to the original location. SCP-1499-1 instances appear as tall, nude humanoids covered in eyes, mouths, and an unknown substance. They are usually docile but will violently attack if provoked.
